How is the calling quality?Air Buds 6 comes with Quad mic ENC which effectively cuts out disturbances during calls, ensuring your voice is carried clearly.Call quality does depend on a good network and the amount of disturbances in the surroundings.

Does it announce the caller's name or number on incoming calls?Yes it does. You can enable this setting by getting the Smart Calls upgrade on the Noise BudsLink App.


Is Air Buds 6 waterproof?Air Buds 6 come with an IPX5 rating which means that they are water-resistant. However, the earphones need to be completely dried before the next use.

Is noise cancellation available?Yes, there is active noise cancellation as well as environmental noise cancellation available during calls.

Is Air Buds 6 compatible with iPhones?Yes, they are compatible with iPhones.

How do I check the Air Buds 6 battery level?You can check the battery level of your Air Buds 6 on the Noise BudsLink App. Go to the Upgrade tab and get the battery prediction feature which tells you how much time you have for audio and calls both.

Can I charge Air Buds 6 with my PC/laptop?Yes, you can charge the Air Buds 6 with your PC/laptop.

Does Air Buds 6 have a fast-charging provision?Yes, it has fast charging.

How do I turn the Air Buds 6 on and off?The earbuds will automatically turn on when you open the charging case and take the earbuds out and will automatically turn off once placed inside the charging case with the lid closed.


How do I pair Air Buds 6 with my smartphone?Before pairing, make sure that your Air Buds 6 and mobile device are next to each other. Open the charging case and take out the earbuds from the case. Go to the BT menu on your phone. Search and select Air Buds 6 to pair. Your Air Buds 6 earphones are now ready to use.

How do I pair my Air Buds 6 to the app?Before pairing with the app, make sure that your smartphone and Air Buds 6 are connected together. Open the app and go to the Bluetooth device search page. Noise Air Buds 6 will appear on the screen. Click on the Connect option.

Note: It might take up to 15 seconds to establish connection between the buds and the app.

Can I control ANC through the app?

Yes, you can switch between ANC and Transparency modes, adjust the Transparency levels, and assign action buttons for the same through the Superhearing upgrade.

How do I use Voice Assistance on the Air Buds 6?

Get the Voice Control feature from the Upgrade tab. It will then appear on your main dashboard. From here you can enable Voice Control for media, calls, superhearing and assistance.

How do I activate dual device pairing?
Select the Multipoint feature from the Upgrade tab.

What actions can I customise through the app?

Select the Action Button feature on the app to customise touch controls for calling and media.

How do I reset Air Buds 6?To reset your earbuds make sure they are fully charged. Delete/remove Air Buds 6 from the list of paired devices in the BT menu. Insert both earbuds in the case, keep the lid open and long press the button on the case for 10 seconds.

A white LED on the case will start blinking, indicating that the earbuds have been reset.

Is there a warranty for this product?
